Wheel Horse Parts and More Shipping Policy


Shipping/Returns and Exchanges

All items will ship out within seven (7) business days of purchase. If you order your product on Friday after 5 pm Central Standard Time, it will be processed and shipped the following week.

As you are well aware, the USA is currently in a supply demand for most of its parts and supplies.  We have been ordering parts from our vendors and some of those parts that we ordered are on backorder without an estimated time of arrival. Please note that once those backordered parts are received by Wheel Horse Parts and More, we ship those out within one (1) business day.  

We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We use the following carriers to ship out our packages: USPS U.S. Postal Service, UPS United Parcel Service, or FedEx.

All orders placed will be shipped out using the United States Postal Service.  Once the order has been processed and the package is dropped off at the United States Postal Service it is out of our control as to when it will arrive.

Please note that USPS, UPS, and FEDEX may experience delays during the shipping process that are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes if we are using UPS or FedEx.

Delivery notification will be given once the shipping label has been printed for your order.  If you can not find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder.

First Class (3-21 business days) No insurance

Ground Advantage (2-14 business days)  $100 insurance

Priority Mail (1-14 business days) $50 Insurance

Priority Mail Express (next day - 2 day delivery by 6 pm)  Up to $100 Insurance

Please note that packages shipped through UPS and FedEx are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you require express, overnight, or 2 day shipping, please email us at wheelhorsepartsandmore@hotmail.com for the additional shipping fees before placing the order.

All orders placed in Minnesota will be charged 7.37% sales tax. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

These International Shipping Terms & Conditions apply if you purchase products on Wheel Horse Parts and More.com for shipment to delivery addresses outside of the U.S. ("products"). Each product is sold and shipped by Wheel Horse Parts and More ("Wheel Horse Parts and More.com”). These terms and conditions apply in addition to Wheel Horse Parts and More's and any other applicable terms and policies which govern the sale of the products. In case of conflict between these International Shipping Terms & Conditions and Wheel Horse Parts and More's, these terms will prevail.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

When ordering from Wheel Horse Parts and More.com, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination to which your products are being delivered ("destination"). You are also responsible for assuring that your products may be lawfully imported into the country of importation.

Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you as soon as the product is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.

Import Fees

Products shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the authorities of the country of importation ("Import Fees"). For products sold by Wheel Horse Parts and More and fulfilled by Wheel Horse Parts and More you are responsible for paying all Import Fee.

You are the person responsible for the import clearance of products shipped outside of the U.S. ("importer of record"), unless the laws of the country of importation require that someone else serves as the importer of record. In that case, you authorize Wheel Horse Parts and More to designate an importer of record. You also authorize Wheel Horse Parts and More to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your direct or indirect representative/agent with the relevant customs, postal, and tax authorities, to clear your products, to process and pay on your behalf any Import Fees charged for your products ("Actual Import Fees"), and to process any amendments, invalidations, or duty refunds or remissions related to the importation of your products. Any Import Fees Deposit or Import Charges will be used to reimburse the Designated Carrier for Actual Import Fees. You agree that the Designated Carrier may disclose to Wheel Horse Parts and More the amount of Actual Import Fees for the products purchased from Wheel Horse Parts and More and fulfilled by Wheel Horse Parts and More.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that:

  • manufacturer warranties may not be valid;
  • manufacturer service options may not be available in the destination;
  • product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be provided in the destination language;
  • the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with standards, specifications, and labeling requirements in the destination;
  • the products may not conform to voltage and other electrical standards of the destination (and may require the use of an adapter or converter).

Privacy

Wheel Horse Parts and More may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to the Designated Carrier, which may share this information with customs, postal, and tax authorities. International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. Please also review our privacy notice in the Shipping policy to understand how Wheel Horse Parts and More will collect and process your personal information.

All sales are final as we do not accept returns.

Issues with Shipment upon Delivery

Customers are responsible to file claims with the shipping partner when the package comes damaged, have missing parts, or if the part has any issues during the shipment process. Wheel Horse Parts and More can not file any claims on behalf of the customers as we are the business selling the items and we are not the buyer who receives the items.

If the items in your package come damaged, have missing pieces, or the items are damaged, the customer will need to notify Wheel Horse Parts and More and we will advise the customer on how to proceed with the situation.  In most cases the customer will be advised to file a claim with the shipping partner that was used to ship the item.  In order to file a claim the customer will have all of the information on the package with the label that is on the package.  If there is a capital P on the upper left hand side of the label there will be $50 worth of insurance on the package.  Once the claim is filed with the shipping partner, the customer then can notify Wheel Horse Parts and More to let us know the following information: (Name on the order, phone number listed on the order, order number, what is missing or wrong with the shipment and if the customer has filed a claim with the shipping partner).   After the claim has been filed the customer will be advised to go back to the website and reorder the parts that were in question.

Please note that Wheel Horse Parts and More takes photographs of all shipments before we ship them out to our customers.  These photographs will have either the invoice or the shipping label with the items that are being sent out per the order from the customers.

Once the customer receives the shipment, the customer must inspect the merchandise to ensure that all the products listed on the invoice are included in the shipment.  If your shipment is short, damaged, or have missing parts you have 5 days to notify Wheel Horse Parts and More at 507-213-3115 or email to  wheelhorseinfo@wheelhorsepartsandmore.com stating the following:  (Name on order, phone number listed on the order, order number and what is missing or wrong with the shipment).  If missing items, items that are damaged or shorted items are not reported to Wheel Horse Parts and More within 5 days of delivery, the customer will forfeit all replacements for missing items, damaged items, or shorted items.

 

Checkout Information

To make this an easy check out process follow the simple steps:

Select the items you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping cart. The Shopping cart will have a smile on it when the item has been placed inside. You can either continue shopping or you can go to check out.

Once you are finished shopping select the “Go to Check Out” tab on the right side of the screen.

You are then taken to another screen labeled “Your Shopping Cart” this is so you can review what you are purchasing.

Click on the Blue Tab that says “Checkout”

You are now on a new screen labeled Payment Details. This is where you enter your billing information, this is the address where we will send your packages to. If you have comments or special requests please fill out the order comment section. Click Continue.

You are redirected to the PayPal site to finish up the transaction. No PayPal Account? No problem, simply select Pay with Debit or Credit Card, and enter your information in there.

Once your order is successfully completed, you will find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox.  If you can not find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder.  Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.

If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, do not worry!  Just drop us a line at wheelhorseinfo@wheelhorsepartsandmore.com.  Once your order is completed we can not change your order.

Before you click submit, please double check your shipping address you have given us.  We want your tractor parts to get to you without any interruptions.  If there is an error in the address that prevents delivery, we will refund your original order (minus the shipping fee), and you can easily place your order again.

Insurance guaranteed on the following:

Priority Mail has $50.00 delivery 1-14 business days

Ground Advantage has $100 delivery 2-14 business days

Priority Mail Express has up to $100 delivery next day - 2 day by 6pm 

First Class has NO insurance delivery 3-21 business days

International Customers:  Packages may be charged import duties and/or custom fees; these fees are determined by the custom officials and are not included in the shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
